Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with SWIPESEASON. We hope you love your purchase!
However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14
days of delivery. Returning or exchanging is quick and easy.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return
your item(s), no questions asked. Please note: your return package must be shipped
back within those 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In their original, resellable condition
With all original tags still attached
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a
different item or size, simply return your order for a refund or choose a store
credit with a bonus.
Refund Options
1. Refund to Gift Card (Fastest + 10% Bonus):
Receive your refund as a digital gift card with 10% extra value—delivered
within 2–3 business days after your return is processed. Valid for 12
months.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method:
Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 7–10 business
days after your return is received and checked. You’ll get an email
confirmation once the refund is issued. Please allow up to 3 business days
for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or faulty product, please contact
our customer service team immediately. We’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot
be returned:
Items marked as Final Sale
Itemsreturned after 14 days from delivery
Items returned in worn or damaged condition, without prior
approval, will not be accepted and will be disposed of.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at your own expense and varies depending
on the courier and your location.
We do not cover customs fees, import duties, or taxes
on returned items. Be sure to keep proof of shipment and tracking details. We
cannot take responsibility for lost returns without a valid tracking number.
Return Processing
Once you initiate a return, we begin processing immediately
to ensure everything is handled promptly. Returns are processed within 10
working days of receiving your package at our warehouse. You can track your
return via the tracking number provided by your chosen courier. Once your
refund is issued, you'll receive an email notification.
